  4.   [E]nter message..................Enter a new message.
  5.   [R]ead messages..................Allows you to read messages,
  6.                                    sub-commands as follows:
  7.                                    [F]rom, mail from you
  8.                                    [S]ince last message read
  9.                                    [N]ext, higher message #
  10.                                    [P]revious, next lower message #
  11.                                    [Y]our, mail addressed to you
  12.                                    [H]elp, more message help
  13.   [EDIT]                           Some PCBoard Systems will allow you
  14.                                    to change the message contents of a 
  15.                                    message YOU have left.
  16.   [R A S]..........................Read All messages Since last on
  17.   [R A Z]..........................Read All messages Since last on
  18.                                    and Zip them for downloading
  19.   [Q]uick message scan.............Scans all public messages for
  20.                                    number and subject.
  21.   [Y]our personal mail.............Scans the entire message base for mail
  22.                                    addressed to you or left by you.
  23.   [K]ill...........................Delete a message from the system.
  24.   [C]omment........................Leave a private comment to SYSOP
  25.                                    (System Operator)
  26.   [TS]Text Sreach Messages.........Search message headers for text
  27.   [RE]ply to a message.............Make a reply to a message
  28.   [M]ark a message.................Mark a message for later reading
  29.   [RM]read marked message..........Read that marked message

  32.   [F]iles..........................This displays active file directories
  33.   [D]ownload.......................Allows you to get files from a PCBoard BBS
  34.                                    to your computer system.
  35.   [DB]Download Batch...............Download multiple files at a time
  36.   [FL]ag for download..............Flag (mark) a file for later download
  37.   [U]pload.........................Allows you to send files from your
  38.                                    computer to a PCBoard BBS.
  39.   [UB]Upload Batch.................Upload multiple files at a time
  40.   [L]ocate files (name)............Scan directories for a filename,
  41.                                    example: ARC*.*
  42.   [N]ew files (date)...............Scan directories for new files
  43.                                    uploaded since the date specified.
  44.   [Z]ippy dir scan.................Scan directories for a string,
  45.                                    example: QM
  46.   [F V] ZIPNAME....................Do a verbose Zippped file display

  48. Conference Commands:
  49.   [J]oin a conference..............Move to a new section with separate
  50.                                    messages.
  51.   [A]bandon a conference...........Return to the main section of the BBS.
  52.   [SELECT] a conference............Select conferences for mail scanning.

  54. Other Commands:
  55.   [B]ulletins......................Read the Bulletins (should be checked
  56.                                    often).
  57.   [CHAT]...........................Calls another user for a "finger to
  58.                                    finger" chat.
  59.   [G]oodbye........................Log off the system and hang up the phone.
  60.   [H]elp...........................Get help at any place in the system.
  61.   [I]nitial welcome................Reread the first welcome screen.
  62.   [M]ode...........................Change to/from graphics mode.
  63.   [NEWS]...........................Display the News file
  64.   [O]perator page..................Calls the SYSOP for a "finger to finger"
  65.                                    chat.
  66.   [OPEN]...........................Open a doorway to another program.
  67.   [P]age length....................Adjust the number of lines between screen
  68.                                    pauses.
  69.   [S]cript Questionnaire...........Allows you to complete a questionnaire
  70.                                    if one is available.
  71.   [T]ransfer protocol..............Allows you to set the way the files are
  72.                                    transfered back and forth.
  73.   [V]iew settings..................Look at your statistics and other data.
  74.                                    (You see this info when logging on).
  75.   [W]rite user info................Change your password, city, etc.
  76.   [WHO]............................See who else is online
  77.   [X]pert mode.....................Switch between novice and expert mode.
